Exercise Training

We teach our patients how to perform specific targeted exercises and stretches to help strengthen and support their unique conditions and to help relieve occupational and postural stress. Most of these exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home to help improve the effectiveness of your chiropractic care and to help your body stay in balance.  We also assist our patients with exercise training for overall health and wellness, sports participation and weight management. Dr. Lipka is not only trained in management of sports injuries and physical fitness but she has also held a first place title in All Natural Gulf Coast Bodybuilding and helped co-found the Sandman Triathlon in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
